Return Fire: Giving our expertise to NFPs

We recently announced that our BCorp journey had begun. It’s a journey that’s important to us because, to borrow from Professor Colin Meyer, we want to ‘profitably solve problems for people and planet, and avoid profiting from creating problems for people and planet’.

At our launch we made a commitment to support an organisation every year with pro bono work and a percentage of our profits.

So Return Fire is our programme of support for not-for-profits or social enterprises that are doing good for the greater good.

In our first year we supported UN Women UK on two amazing projects. You can read about them here.

Now we’re supporting Incredible Kids, the extraordinary Inclusive Play & Support Network for children and young people with additional needs.

Initially we helped set a foundation for their communications, finding new ways to articulate who they are and what they do to drive new sources of funding and add to their Board of Trustees.

With their full Summer of ‘21 programme completely paid for and new Trustees appointed we’ve made a cracking start. But we haven’t finished yet.

And the feel good factor, feels good.

"I think you've just made my head explode. In a good way. I'm amazed by the understanding you've shown of Incredible Kids, and of how it should be, in a way I've never been able to articulate or communicate."

Jennie Prewett, Founder of Incredible Kids

And that blew our minds!
